The sets being used are upto 35 sets, i.e. all cards available on octgn apart from the standard OCG Banlist, which can be found here.
Banlist
There is a twist this time. This is a FIXED DECK tournament. You CANNOT change your deck throughout the tournament, so choose wisely. This has been done to tes your game understanding and how you can cope up with the new cards.
To ensure this rule, you will have to submit your decklist of exactly 40 cards to me before your first duel(Me is fine, as I am not participating myself due to internet issues). Just PM me the decklists on the forums itself. I would prefer forums, not facebook, so yeah, please on the forums.
Once submitted, that is your deck for the tournament. The top 8 decklists will be made public after round 1.
You must ask your opponent if he has submitted his deck before the game, as it is mandatory.
The last date to finish round one has been set to 11th August. You have 4 days.

EDIT - IMPORTANT. Everyone has to submit a list of 42 cards now. 40 cards + 2 cards side deck. This is to ensure versatility. You cannot change cards within the 2/3 games, but can use any 40 for a particular round. Cheers.
