So there are two to three ways you can play this deck, Either try basic assault with spamming as much lupias as u can to bring out dorvolan and spell delfin in midgame OR you can spam lupias Continously by first placing mach in battlezone (by nex effect) then play rinne and keep spamming until you can get 3 and play out the big guns (Galaxy Lupia) use galaxy to summon rising nex and voila gg. OR you could try bz control by mach lupia+dorvolan combo all of these plays are very nice and fun to do so yeaaa. Feel free to comment or advise on which cards should be removed and which should be added etc etc.
Fire: 2 x Mach Lupia 2 x Rinne Lupia 3 x Cocco Lupia 2 x Galaxy Lupia 2 x Chitta Peloru 3 x Bolshack Nex 2 x Rising Nex, the Enlightened 1 x Bolmeteus Steel Dragon 3 x Hell's Scrapper
Water: 2 x Cutie Lupia 2 x Oboro Kagerou, Moonlight Mecha 2 x Aqua Surfer 1 x Cyber Brain
Light: 3 x Super Spark 2 x Spell Del Fin, Light Divine Dragon 3 x Peace Lupia 2 x Petrova, Channeler of Suns
Rainbow: 3 x Dorvolan, the Battle attacking Dragon Rider (Water/Fire)

Murmur...I duuno man, maybe you could use Saint Castle instead, for that early Rose Castle counter? (Murmur+Saint is cool too but Dragon decks don't really have that kinda space). Could use some Cross Nex in case no Rising Nex are left in deck. Also, I don't know why you haven't kept Cocco at 4x. Make it 3x, atleast.
Using Petrova there for fire bird protection is pretty novel. Del Fin also.
Lastly...uh...what's missing is Zack Pichi perhaps, for countering discard and Valkyrie Lupia for some searching(and another way to summon Rising).

I added murmur for defense but yeah u are right plus im not gonna go into anti rose castle cards that much because i have rinne lupia too editing now lol
