"At the start of the turn" effects

So I was wondering if the effects like Silent Skill and Awakening Giant happen before or after the cards are untapped.
Specifically, if Awakening Giant(or Hustle Berry) puts a multicolored card into mana...does it untap?

Asked Nera and got Warped Lunatron as a reference, so for now I'll go with the effects actually kicking in before the untap, which means a multicolored mana charged with Hustle Berry or Awakening Giant...untaps.

Abilities with "At the start of your turn" trigger in between your opponent ending their turn, and before you draw.

So in turn order;

- Awakening Giant puts a card into your mana zone.
- Untap your cards in your mana zone. (Including if it put a multicolored card in your mana zone.)
- Draw a card.
