In light of recent information, there will be some changes to the banned/restricted list.
The following cards are now restricted to 1:
Hanzou, Menacing Phantom
Falconer, Lightfang Ninja
Hydro Hurricane
The new list will apply for all future games in the set-35 format on OCTGN, including all ranked games and the January tournament.
