Interesting Genji build. I saw it in action, and the Yanus flippings are real cool with Jasper, Doskoi and Tick Tick. Rolling Snowman is something I'd like to try, seems pretty useful.
Not sure about Kankuro Blaster, the card's awesome but I don't know if it'd go well with these quick-attack tactics when most shields are already gone, though I guess it would help a bit against a heavy blocker build.
I would try to put in some more bounce aside from Surfer, it's quite necessary in the meta with huge psychics around. Corile, Unicorn Fish, Spiral Gate...many options there. Maybe even...The Strong Spiral...? Dunno.
Edit: Okay, I tried out Rolling Snowman and I think I like Pixie Cocoon better. Rolling effectively works a 1 mana retrieval, but not in case of non-nature creatures. Cocoon has the same advantage, but for all civilizations and is also a trigger. So yeah, I don't like Rolling Snowman anymore xD The only advantage I see over cocoon is in early game where you lack some non-nature mana and need to charge the top card. But even in early game Cocoon beats Rolling if you're running enough spells. Giovanni builds are still there for Rolling, though.

Yeah when I saw this list and before reading Nitrox's reply I was gon' say the same thing. Pixie Cocoon just better, and I say this as having built a lot of decks where I used Pixie or Rolling Snowman just recently. For offense however, Pixie all the way, although I am surprised you didn't go with the old-school KC way of just Water mana bounce creatures, I mean that's one of the main advantages of RUG assault.
Drop the Energy Hole, it offers no benefit over the Fire ones that just kill blockers, balance Water elsewhere. Offense just doesn't need it.
Also drop Tick-Tick, and if nothing else just max Doskoi, because it's too good lol.
Hmm there's a lot to be said here but ideally with RUG assault, the only real problem you should have is balancing/integrating Water, as most of the work is done by Fire Nature.
