Hello, I am new here (both in the community and in the game) and I just recently played few matches. I tried to make my own decks first (FD, FDN, DLN, DLW). Vice Hole 1x H. Romanoff Hole 1x H. Revive Hole 2x Death Smoke 1x Dark Reversal 1X Mind Reset 1x Final Answer 1X Morbid Medicine 2x Ghost Touch Water: 3x Battery Cluster 1x Fuuma Harisenmon 1x Emperor Maribel 1x Poseidia Fish 2x Qurian 1x Phantom Fish 1x Sea Mutant Dormel 1x H. Energy hole 1x Magical Pot 1x The Strong Spiral 1x Energy Stream 1x Transmogrify 1x Cyber Brain 1x Teleportation 1x Miraculous Plague (TOTAL: 43 ) H. Thanks.

well the first think one can spot is that your deck is not consistent. using 1 piece of each card is not a good idea especially in a double civi deck which should have a very clear line of playing. so: remove the cards which are not good enough and increase the the others. secondly, i'm not sure if you really know what you want from your deck. do you want to be an assault deck?control?aggro? just ask yourself how you want to win a game and then make your choices accordingly. being new means you don't know the best options of cards so i suggest you to search through the database to find the most efficient cards. for instance: remove deathliger, stallob, dark clown, battery cluster, transmogrify, olgate, gigagriff and take into consideration hanzou, heavy, jenny, olzekia etc.

Yeah, like the_stellar said, the deck is super inconsistent, and with many outdated cards. You should focus on one thing - Ballom, maybe? For that, you can make a deck based on Hyperspatial Baits, mostly, that'd be good.
Water would only function as a support civ, with stuff like Energy Stream, Marinomancer, Surfer and Maxwell(blocker + reduces cost of your dark creatures). Go high on the disruption, with Jenny, Terror Pit, Hide and Seek, Infernal Smash, 1x Plague, etc. And ofc, 2 or 3 copies each of Hyperspatial Emperor and Revive Hole with Rumble(works well with Secret Clocktower), Ganveet, Olzekia - all the psychic demon commands, easy to summon and very powerful.
And for normal non-psychic demon commands put in the new ones, like Olzekia, Gal Volf(works well with jenny), 1x Hanzou, Bilgias etc.
That'd go well for a build focused on Ballom/Ballom Emperor.
