When I ctrl E to end turn it sometimes randomly sends a card to the top of my deck from play.

When you use a key combination while hovering over a card, it activates that card's shortcut instead of the game's. For example, hitting 'del' while your mouse is over a creature will send it to grave. I will change the shortcut key for 'send to top of deck' in a future update.
